mORIGINS food is made very
carefully 50# at a time to insure proper
temperatures for all meats involved in the processing. It is
made at
proper temperatures and quickly refrozen in state of the art
facilities.
Our cattle carcasses are tested with several swabs to the
carcass before
the meat is packed and blast frozen.
Upon arrival and further processing (grinding) at our plant, we
also pull
samples from each hour of production and send them through for
testing
each week of production.
